Weep No More, PDP PCC Member, Sanyaolu Commiserates With Hon. Adebutu Over Mother’s Death
ABEOKUTA – The Director, Monitoring and Evaluation of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Campaign Council PCC, Mrs. Modupeola Sanyaolu has commiserated with the party’s Governorship Candidate in Ogun State, Hon. (Dr.) Oladipupo Olatunde Adebutu over the death of his mother, Dame Caroline Oladunni Kessington-Adebutu.
In a condolence message sent to Hon. Ladi Adebutu, and made available to newsmen in Abeokuta, Ogun State capital, Sanyaolu described the Adebutu’s matriarch death at 80 as painful experience and a great loss, at a time her son needed a tender touch and soft words of a mother, in the build up to the general elections; she said, as much as it may be difficult to say, she maintained Honm Adebutu need to brace up; as his mother has paid the ultimate price.
“The Adebutu’s matriarch, being the first wife of a business mogul, Sir Kessington Adebutu, was a rare gem, who will be greatly missed.
“Mama dedicated her life to GOD, family and service to mankind through various empowerment initiatives as Iya Ijo, Methodist Church, Iperu-Remo; as a community leader, it was said of her, to be very generous to lifting up the vulnerable.
“I, therefore, urge you, and members of the Adebutu family especially, the patriarch, Sir Adebutu, to draw strength from outpouring of wonderful comments and compliments about the departed and from the life lessons she taught you and your siblings and everyone close to her; as well as the values of care and compassion she inculcated and the sacrifices she made for her children to succeed in life.”
Sanyaolu prayed that, GOD gives the entire family led by the Patriarch, Sir Kessington Adebutu, Children, and grand children, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and vacuum that has been created by her exit.
She further pleaded that, they draw strength from the Holy Spirit, and allow the worthy reputation the late matriarch left behind, remains source of inspiration for them.
She concluded, praying that, GOD grants the soul of the departed eternal rest.
