VIDEO: Soldiers on rampage, beat LASTMA Officer in Lagos

Unknown soldiers, numbering about eight, on Monday, went on rampage, beating up an official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) in the Ojota area of Lagos State.
In the viral video obtained by The Roving Pen on Twitter, the soldiers were seen kicking, beating and dragging the LASTMA Official on the ground.
Recall that similar video went viral last week, where an army officer was seen fighting with a LASTMA officer. The LASTMA officer was seen in the video striking the soldier with his club before they both got into a physical altercation.
Many Tweeps while reacting to today’s incident, said the soldiers must have carried out the beating to retaliate the previous incident.
