Pastor Adeboye Slams 50 Days New Year Fasting On RCCG’s Members, Gives Guidelines
LAGOS -The Redeemed Christian Church of God annual fasting and praying will beging today.
The General Overseer of the Church, Pastor E.A Adeboye had declared during the January Holy Ghost Congress that the program will last for 50 days.
Starting today Wednesday 11th January, 2023, the annual fasting and praying will end on Wednesday 1st of March 2023 during the March Holy Ghost Congress.
While releasing the guidelines, Daddy Adeboye said;
- 70 years and above excused (if you must fast, break by 3pm)
- 80 years and above definitely excused (if you must fast, break by 12 noon)
- 21 days continuous fasting will make up for 50 days. For those who want to do it at a stretch.
He also released prophesy for RCCG.
According to him, many miracles of healings, including resurrections will happen after the fasting period.
He said there will be mighty jaw-dropping testimonies.
He added that, high praises will bring high rewards, this year in particular.
“This year there will be miracles of multiplications. Revival will move to a higher level in the church.”
